Welcome to the Halifax District’s DE minute. I hope that this format will create a different kind of communication between the district’s leadership and the parents and volunteers who are the “boots on the ground” for the Scouting movement. This will be a platform for me to pass on news, advice, and items of special interest. And, I hope that you will help us improve our operations with your insight.
